Coconut-Berry Swirl Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowls are truly an art form if you ask me. Since trying the raw-til-4 lifestyle about a week ago I feel like an artist every morning, decorating my smoothie bowls and mixing colours. I’ve been putting huge handfuls of spinach in most of them which leads to an unaesthetic breakfast not fit for the blog HOWEVER I hadn’t posted in a while so this morning I opted against the spinach and instead created this gorgeous magenta-coloured bowl of deliciousness. Here’s what went in:

Ingredients:

1 cup of frozen berry mix (this one was strawberries, raspberries, blue berries and cherries)
1 whole raw banana
4 fresh strawberries
3 fresh figs
1 scoop of unflavoured plain protein powder
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup coconut milk

THROW IT ALL IN YOUR BLENDER ON HIGH FOR A MINUTE. POUR INTO A BOWL.

Topped with:
Coconut milk poured in the middle and then swirled using a spoon
Coconut shreds
Fresh strawberries and figs
Frozen blueberries
